1. Open the empty PET bottle and pour the Double Watermelon into it: Capella recommends a dosage of 10% for a 50PG/50VG ratio, equating to 50 drops per 10ml of base
2. Top up with a base liquid (neutral or with nicotine)
3. Close the bottle and shake it for a few seconds
4. Let the mix steep in a dark and dry place for two to three days
5. Enjoy your homemade e-liquid!
