The small Luxe XR electronic cigarette has everything a great device needs, namely a 5ml tank, a refillable cartridge with an interchangeable coil, and a modern design. Its built-in battery of 1500 mAh offers a maximum power of 40W.

You can choose between a cartridge with an MTL draw (indirect inhale) or an RDL draw (restrictive direct inhale).

A cartridge with a magnetic connector

The Luxe XR podmod has a built-in 1500mAh battery with a magnetized connector. This connector system is designed to safely accommodate the Luxe XR 5ml cartridge.

This podmod format is ideal for beginner vapers, but will also suit the more experienced vapers looking for a simple and effective device. To remove the cartridge from the battery, simply pull on it.

An automatic operation

With Vaporesso’s Luxe XR podmod, everything is already set up. There are no screens or complicated settings to go through!

A single button allows you to switch the electronic cigarette on or off, as well as activate the coil’s heating when you want to vape. You will also appreciate its three LEDs, which show the charge level of the 1,500mAh battery.

Regarding the draw, you can choose between MTL and DTL, thanks to the two types of cartridges included with the podmod. One has a narrow mouthpiece, the other has a slightly wider opening for an airier vape.

The Luxe XR is equipped with a 1,500mAh battery for a maximum power of 40W.

The podmod informs you in real time of how much battery you have at your disposal, thanks to its three LEDs:

• If the three LEDs are lit, there’s 60 to 100% battery remaining
• If two LEDs are lit, there’s 30 to 60% battery remaining
• If one LED is on, there’s 0 to 30% battery remaining

Charging the battery is quick and easy, by using the USB-C cable included in the kit, which must be plugged into the port beneath the podmod.

The 5ml Luxe XR cartridge

Vaporesso offers its Luxe XR podmod with two cartridges of 5ml each. Not only does this provide you with a nice e-liquid supply, but it offers you two types of inhaling, either with a tight MTL inhale or an airier RDL inhale.

The Luxe XR cartridges can be refilled and come with Vaporesso’s interchangeable GTX coils.

To summarise, don't throw your cartridges away! They are reusable and customisable.

Please note that the Luxe XR podmod is also compatible with Vaporesso’s Luxe X sealed coil cartridges.

The interchangeable GTX coils

The Luxe XR kit contains two of Vaporesso’s GTX coils, equipped with the brand’s Corex technology. The latter aims to improve the flavour rendition and thus produce accurate and long-lasting flavors.

Test the two coils included in the kit and choose between :

• The 0.4ohm GTX coil: the podmod will automatically select a power range between 26 and 32W. This value offers an airy vape with a restrictive direct inhale (DTL).
• The 0.8ohm GTX coil: the podmod will adjust the power between 12 and 16W. Choose this coil for a tighter draw with an indirect inhale (MTL), which is ideal if you’re starting your smoking withdrawal.

The Luxe XR cartridges are also compatible with all of Vaporesso’s GTX coils.

Once your coil is worn out, do not throw the cartridge away!

Follow our tips for replacing the old coil:

1. Unclip the cartridge from its magnetised connector
2. Make sure the tank is empty
3. Pull out the old coil
4. Take a new coil and prime it with a few drops of e-liquid
5. Insert the new coil in the dedicated slot
6. Fill the tank with e-liquid and wait 5 to 10 minutes for the coil to soak it up
7. Put the cartridge back onto the magnetised connector and vape!

A preset airflow 

Vaporesso makes it easy for you to vape, thanks to its automatic air intake system. You don't have to adjust anything, but you can turn the cartridge around on the connector. Indeed, the Luxe XR cartridge has a different airflow system on each side.

Filled through the bottom

The two 5ml cartridges included in the kit will allow you to vape for hours on end. However, you will need to refill your e-liquid tank from time to time.

The tank is filled through the base of the cartridge. To do so:

1. Remove the cartridge from its magnetised connector
2. Flip over the tank to access the silicone cap
3. Insert the tip of your bottle of eliquid into the filling hole and fill up
4. Close the small silicone cap
5. Put the cartridge back on the connector
